ABOUT USStronger Every Stroke

409 SWIM is a dynamic youth competition swim team dedicated to developing swimmers ages 5–19 of all skill levels. The program focuses on building strong fundamentals in technique, endurance, and race strategy while fostering a positive and supportive team environment. Young swimmers are introduced to the sport in a fun, engaging way, while more experienced athletes receive advanced coaching to help them reach their full competitive potential.

At 409 SWIM, emphasis is placed not only on athletic performance but also on personal growth—teaching discipline, teamwork, goal-setting, and confidence both in and out of the water. Through regular practices, local and regional competitions, and team events, swimmers have the opportunity to improve their skills, build lasting friendships, and develop a lifelong love for the sport.
